Greetings, Friends on the Way Up!

I love this photo of one of my favorite roses in my garden. For me, this picture encapsulates the state of being in perfect alignment, totally receptive to Source, completely focused in the moment, and wanting for nothing. And being absolutely radiant. This rose is being and doing exactly what it was designed to be and do, and being and doing it brilliantly, effortlessly, flawlessly. And fragrantly—oh, the fragrance! Did you know that roses have been measured to be the highest in vibrational frequency of any living thing measured to date? And, that beautiful fragrance is a hallmark of high frequency?

Ironically, this gorgeous rose is a David Austin English variety called “Abraham Darby,” named after one of the fathers of the Industrial Revolution, the wave of socioeconomic developments in the late 18th and early 19th centuries that changed a manual labor economy to a mechanized economy. Ostensibly, this was to make life easier, though, as we know, this development led to more work and struggle, not less. The irony is that Abe Darby, the rose, is demonstrating something that Abraham Darby, the iron king of England, would not likely have understood: that any effort at all is too much effort in the Divine Design! Duality is the realm of effort. Prime Matrix—Eden—is the realm of effortless radiance.

Yes—we’ve wandered pretty far afield from The Garden, but as we experience the longing to move closer again—to experience the perfect provision of Source—to be the radiant beings we are designed to be—it is empowering to remember that all we ever really need to do is simply be Who We Are, be totally receptive to Source, and be fully radiant, just as Abraham Darby, the rose, is demonstrating.

This summer, I trust you'll be hanging out in the garden of your Spirit, relaxing into alignment, receiving, and being radiant!

Ten Signs You’ve Raised Your Frequency

The level of vibrational frequency at which you are operating is determined by the degree to which you are in alignment with Source, and allowing Source energy—Life Force, which is also known as “Love”—to move freely through you. You align with Source by obeying your inner guidance above all other voices, and you move Life Force through you by loving—by radiating the Love you receive from Source, out to your world.

As we choose to honor the voice of God within us, and allow Love to radiate from us, our vibrational frequency is elevated. When we raise our vibrational frequency, our world changes. Our perceptions are heightened and our ability to stay in the flow increases. Our desire to conform with anything that is not in alignment with Who We Are declines dramatically, and our life becomes about expanding and embracing joy. Here are ten symptoms of operating at higher frequency:

1. Synchronicities have increased in your experience and you view them as “cosmic winks” and signs that you are on the right track
2. You are more patient and compassionate and able to offer Love more consistently
3. You see more and more clearly that you are, indeed, the Creator of everything in your experience—and you embrace that with gusto!
4. Instead of inconveniences, you are now more likely to see unplanned events as opportunities
5. Your choices in how you spend your time have changed and you no longer relate to some activities, companions, and entertainment choices you once enjoyed
6. Your awareness of what is in alignment with your Truth is sharpened, and you are more and more willing to let go of whatever—and whomever—is not in alignment
7. Things that were once problems have faded into the distance or disappeared altogether
8. Your ability to gauge the integrity of others is heightened, and you attract more and more people into your life who are committed to living in integrity
9. Your ego-need to control what happens is greatly diminished
10. You are frequently joyful for no apparent reason!

Instant Frequency Boosters

Laughter

Laugh! Don’t feel like laughing? Do what I recently learned from laughter-therapy teacher, Laraaji Nadananda. Fake a laugh until it makes you laugh for real! Start with a laugh that resonates in your abdomen, and move it on up through your body till you’re resonating your laugh out the top of your head. You’ll be laughing authentically in no time! This is a really great one to do with someone else. (Don’t understand my instructions? Just do what you think they mean—that might lead to even more mirth!)

Applause

Clapping stirs up and frees energy! Can’t think of anything to applaud? What about clapping for the knowing that you’re about to move into higher frequency?! Or, if you did the laughter exercise, clap for how great the laughter made you feel! What about for being a duality-matrix survivor? What about for knowing you are God, having the totally unique experience of being YOU?! Clap for yourSelf! Clap for somebody else! Just clap—you don’t really need a reason.

(Between the laughter and the applause, does it make you want to make a reservation at the comedy club?!)

Power Tool

Honesty

Honesty is one of your Qualities of Origin, the tools that you came to Earth with that are designed to keep you firmly ensconced in Prime Matrix, fully in the Flow of Life Force, completely enlivened, and operating at higher frequency. When you were a baby, being dishonest never occurred to you. Dishonesty is a learned behavior that you likely first employed out of a sense of disempowerment and a fear of not meeting up to someone else’s expectations, which is ultimately a survival fear stemming from your vulnerability as a child. Once you began to practice using dishonesty as a strategy, it became a tool for your disempowerment.

Dishonesty is manipulation, and an attempt to manufacture ease and joy when there is a fear of the consequences of being honest. Dishonesty is a sign that someone is feeling vulnerable and trying to empower themselves, but dishonesty is never the way to authentic power. Dishonesty leads to less real power. When you are honest, however, you are in alignment with Source and you maintain your positioning in the Divine Design for Harmony where your experience is one of real ease and joy and true power. When you are aligned and in the flow and coming from Love, whatever you say or do in honesty is an empowering blessing, even if it ruffles someone’s ego. Your honesty moves all who choose to be, back into the Flow.

It is helpful to consider why you would ever find yourself in a situation where you would feel you need to be dishonest. Yes—that’s right—those situations are created by ego, which can’t see the Whole, and often thinks it needs to manipulate circumstances to its advantage. When you are dishonest, it is a sign that your ego is at the helm, as only ego has any interest in manufacturing information, or rather, disinformation, with which to manipulate. Remember that ego does not exist in Prime Matrix, so when ego takes over, you know you’ve moved into duality, which is not the realm of ease and joy. When you are in duality, you have stepped out of the flow of Life Force and into lower frequency, where problems and turmoil manifest.

Honesty, then, is not a moral issue, but an energy and power issue. When you are dishonest, you are opting into problems and turmoil and opting out of energy. In order to move back into the Flow, out of the realm of turmoil, and into authentic power, simply employ the power tool called “honesty.”

Your Spiritual Wisdom: Why Can’t They See It?

Have you ever tried to share your latest “aha!” with someone, and they smiled at you wanly and changed the subject? Have you ever been just positive you understood exactly what someone needed to do to heal themselves and they completely dismissed it when you told them about it? Have you ever had a powerful intuitive hit and shared it with someone and they looked at you like you were a Martian? Have you ever been passionate about a spiritual book that resonated powerfully with you and triggered huge leaps in consciousness for you, and gave a copy to someone you thought would benefit from reading it—then noticed it sat gathering dust without them ever making it past page one? Are there loved ones in your life to whom your spirituality—the aspect of your life that you most treasure—may as well not even exist? Have you ever asked, “What’s wrong with these people?! Why can’t they see what I see?”

Nothing whatever is wrong with them. They are simply operating at the vibrational frequency where they are, and you are operating at the vibrational frequency where you are. The Law of Attraction dictates that trying to get someone to see something that is a match for the frequency level where you are is futile if they are vibrating at a much different frequency. Think of a hummingbird’s wings. When they are in motion, they are nearly invisible. That’s because they are moving so rapidly, they are imperceptible to the human eye, which has, for the most part, trained itself to see things that are moving much more slowly. When the hummer is at rest, you can see its wings with clarity. That’s because they are now a match for your perceptual abilities.

Now use this example to understand why the spiritual wisdom you want to share is not received. Asking someone to see what you see if it is not a match for their current perceptual ability is like someone insisting you see the hummingbird’s wings clearly when they are in motion. Spiritual perceptions are thoughts that vibrate higher in the frequency hierarchy, and require that the observer be able to perceive things that are vibrating at higher frequency so that they are a vibrational match to them.

The potential observer needs to be operating at a high enough vibrational frequency to perceive them or they simply cannot. Higher vibrational thought may not be in the perceptual range that the person with which you’d like to share your ideas can interface with. It’s not that they are dull or somehow not as “spiritual” as you are, they are simply at a place in their own spiritual development where what you are trying to share with them is not a vibrational match. It may as well not even exist as far as they are concerned because they cannot see it, or, if they can see it, they cannot relate to it.

This is all just perfect—until we go into judgment about it. As we rise in vibrational frequency and can see more and more (consciousness and frequency are perfectly correlated), it is vital that we refrain from judging where anyone else is in their spiritual progression. Every one of us is God, having the experience of being human, at different levels of self-awareness. This provides God, All That Is, with a complete experience. Judging anyone as “less-than” because their perceptions don’t seem as keen as yours simply serves to lower your own vibrational frequency, and is evidence that you are not as elevated in consciousness as you’d like to think!

The higher you go in frequency, the more clearly you understand that everything is as it should be, and everyone is where they are supposed to be in consciousness. So when you feel truly inspired to offer your profound insights to someone, do so freely, with no expectation of agreement or validation. Simply offer it without attachment, and trust that if it’s a match, it will be received. And know that, even if someone may seem not to be receiving a pearl of wisdom, they may be getting more than you know from it. Offering something out of Love in response to a prompting from within is your responsibility—deciding whether or not it was received, is not! Let the Law of Attraction sort it all out.
